Making decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data that generate legal consequences or otherwise affect your rights and legitimate interests is not carried out.

OPERATOR'S OBLIGATIONS

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FL "On Personal Data," the Operator is obliged to:
● Publish or otherwise ensure unlimited access to this Privacy Policy.
● Provide you, upon request, with information about the availability of personal data related to you as a subject of personal data, as well as provide the opportunity to familiarize yourself with this personal data within thirty days from the date of receipt of the request.
● In case of revealing the illegal processing of personal data carried out by the Operator or a person acting on behalf of the Operator, the Operator, within a period not exceeding three working days from the date of such identification, is obliged to cease the illegal processing of personal data or ensure the termination of the illegal processing of personal data by a person acting on behalf of the Operator.
● If it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data, the Operator, within a ten-day period from the date of identification of the illegal processing of personal data, is obliged to destroy such personal data.
● Notify you of the elimination of the violations committed or of the destruction of personal data.
● In case of confirming the fact of inaccuracy of personal data, the Operator, based on the information provided by you or your representative or by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or other necessary documents, is obliged to clarify personal data or ensure their clarification (if personal data are processed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) within seven working days from the date of submission of such information and remove the blocking of personal data.
● In case of withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal data, cease the processing of personal data and destroy personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by a separate agreement.
● The Operator informs you of the destruction of personal data.
● In case of receiving a demand to cease the processing of personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works, services on the market, immediately cease the processing of personal data.


MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA DURING THEIR PROCESSING

During the processing of personal data, the Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions regarding personal data.

Ensuring the security of personal data is achieved, in particular, by:

• identifying threats to the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems;
• implementing organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems, necessary to meet the requirements for protecting personal data, compliance with which ensures the levels of personal data protection established by the Government of the Russian Federation;
• undergoing the established procedure for assessing the compliance of information security means;
• evaluating the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data before putting personal data information systems into operation;
• accounting for machine-readable media of personal data;
• detecting instances of unauthorized access to personal data and taking appropriate measures;
• restoring personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access to them;
• establishing access rules for personal data processed in personal data information systems, as well as ensuring the registration and logging of all actions performed with personal data in personal data information systems;
• monitoring the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the level of protection of personal data information systems.

CONCLUDING PROVISIONS

The Policy may be amended or terminated by the Operator unilaterally without prior notice.

The new version of the Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Operator's Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
